Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date your item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- The item must not be marked as a final sale item.
How to return an item:
- Email us at hello@dailycarry.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Non-returnable items:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order until the item has been fulfilled.
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@dailycarry.co.za with your order number.
Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow our return process.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded in full.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale Items
Certain products are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned or cancelled. These items are clearly labelled on the product page and at checkout.
Final sale items may include:
- Discounted or promotional products
- Items in the Final Sale collection
- Products specifically marked as non-returnable
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
